By buying local produce and goods at local shops, you are also buying a local relationship. Your community benefits, your economy benefits and your neighbours who have jobs benefit.
This webpage is a hub for central Victorian producers and manufacturers. It’s a place for sellers to advertise their produce and for consumers to find out how they can keep their dollars in the community.
For example, when you are having breakfast on the weekend, buy Tip Top bread (produced in Eaglehawk), KR Castlemaine bacon and local free-range eggs from Wholefoods Bendigo.
It’s really important we support our small businesses all year round in the best way we can – by shopping at them. Let’s keep the local economy ticking over by buying locally.
If you would like your business to appear on this page, please provide a 50-word synopsis of your business, a website link, a photo and information on where people can buy your produce. Please send it through to lisa.chesters.MP@aph.gov.au or call the office on 5443 9055.
